We have decided to jointly promote the development and sales of a new compact intelligent stereo camera with Minato Advanced Technologies Inc., a group company of MINATO HOLDINGS INC.
Through our past activities, we have recognized that ITD Lab’s stereo cameras are ideal for 3D area monitoring sensors for automatic guided vehicles (AGVs, AMRs, etc.) to detect obstacles.
The market for camera sensors as a solution to the ever-increasing demand for safety in AGV, AMR, and other operations is expected to grow rapidly. Therefore, in order to commercialize a compact intelligent stereo camera equipped with a stereo camera algorithm as soon as possible, we have entered into a development and sales agreement.
The two companies will jointly invest in development to bring the product to market by the end of this fiscal year, and both companies will also jointly promote sales activities.
